Each tier provides a different level of support, flexibility, and access, so we can grow together at the right pace for you.

Highest Level of Coaching & Support
Time Commitment: 6–8 hours/week
Investment: $1200–$1600 weekly
Monthly Estimate: $4800–$6400
Notice Required to Transition: 30 daysThis tier is ideal for young adults who benefit from hands-on, consistent, and deeply personalized coaching. Whether you're in a period of transition, facing complex challenges, or looking for consistent structure and accountability, this level offers a robust safety net and growth path.
Includes:
Multiple touch points each week (coaching calls, check-ins, messaging)
Intensive goal-setting and follow-through
Real-time support for decision-making, routines, relationships, and more
Collaboration with family, school, or other support systems (if desired)
Weekly flexibility in hours depending on current needs
Transition Clause:
A 30-day notice is required before moving out of this tier.
During that window, support can be:Open-ended (flexible hours up to the maximum), or
Capped (with an agreed-upon weekly maximum to fit changing needs or budget)

Steady, Structured Coaching
Time Commitment: 3–5 hours/week
Investment: $600–$1000 weekly
Monthly Estimate: $2400–$4000This is a great fit for young adults who are growing their independence but still benefit from steady support, check-ins, and guidance. It balances consistent coaching with the flexibility to adjust as goals evolve.
Includes:
Weekly coaching sessions and hands-on support
Messaging or email check-ins between sessions
Support for skill-building (time management, communication, etc.)
Accountability around goals and follow-through
Personalized strategies for navigating daily life, academics, or work

Bridge to Independence
Time Commitment: 1–2 hours/week
Investment: $200–$400 weekly
Monthly Estimate: $800–$1600This tier is designed for those who are nearly independent but benefit from light-touch support to maintain momentum and clarity. It's perfect as a step-down from more intensive coaching or as a starting point for highly motivated young adults.
Includes:
One coaching session per week (or biweekly if desired)
Light check-ins or Q&A via email/text
Strategic focus on planning, reflection, and progress tracking
Support on an as-needed basis for transitions, choices, or stressors
