Through a structured, goal-oriented process, you’ll gain tangible skills and the guidance and support to repair your relationship with your young adult.
You’ll learn practices that support you in all your relationships, and have more time for yourself, instead of funneling all your energy into your kid. After working together you’ll feel more confident in your connection, have skills to repair when you make a mistake, and have access to more joy, energy, time, and sleep.

Repair & Reconnection Family Coaching
Family Coaching is for families with adult children (18+).

Pricing varies as the coaching process is tailored to your family’s unique needs, and based on a number of factors including the number of participating family members, goals and desired outcomes, and time frame of availability.
For a price reference, dyad (1 parent and 1 adult child) family coaching sessions start at $175/50-minute session. Please reach out for a consultation to discuss your family’s unique needs.
Parent Coaching and Support
I offer Parent Coaching packages for parents with adult children.
Areas of expertise include supporting parents of adults struggling with substance use issues, parents of LGBTQ+ and gender non-conforming adults, and parents of neurodivergent young adults.
I offer 6-week, 9-week, and 12-week options, as well as 50-minute and 80-minute tune-up sessions for existing and previous coaching clients.

Next we check for misattunements between your default strategies and your desired outcomes for the relationship. I support you to harmonize your relationship goals with the most effective data-driven strategies to get you there.
Enactment
With continued guidance, you’ll put your new relational strategic plan into action, and begin the repair process towards empowered reconnection with your loved one.
